At Q's Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
